We at Reflected Networks, LLC and our affiliated entities (collectively “Reflected”) respect your privacy. The website and the data processor of Reflected comply notably with European provisions on the protection of privacy and personal data, including the 2016/679 European Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
This Policy describes notably how we collect, use, transfer, and safeguard information about you and your right regarding such information.
Throughout this Policy we use the terms “Personal Information” to describe information that can be associated with a specific natural person and can be used to identify that person. We do not consider Personal Information to include information that has been anonymized or aggregated so that it does not identify a specific natural person. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may collect Personal Information from you, or someone acting on your behalf, when you interact with the services proposed by Reflected. For example, you may provide Personal Information to us when you:

d. Elect to receive marketing or technical communications;
e. Complete a survey;
f. Receive customer support;
g. Purchase our products and/or services;

We may use location detection technology to determine your approximate location.
As of the date of publication of this Policy, we use Google Analytics and Hubspot to collect and process certain analytics data, although we may switch analytics providers in the future. When you use our services we may automatically collect and store certain information in activity logs such as:
a. Details of how you used our services,
b. Internet protocol address,
c. Content on the website viewed by you, and
d. Page views within our services.
Many internet browsers allow users to send a “Do Not Track” signal to websites they visit. Currently, there is no consensus on the meaning of “Do Not Track” or similar signals, and the Services have no mechanism to respond to such a signal.
As part of its proprietary security platform, Reflected renders certain security services for customers’ websites which includes, among other things, a reverse proxy. As such, Reflected’s IP addresses may appear in WHOIS and DNS records for customers’ websites which use these services.
Reflected also renders managed and unmanaged hosting, cloud storage, web optimization and content delivery network services. As such, Reflected provides hardware, software and bandwidth to facilitate transmission of information which is controlled by its customers and their end-users. It is these customers and their end-users who are responsible for the content transmitted by and through Reflected’s network.
Reflected also collects its customers’ end-users’ information when they use Reflected’s customers’ websites, applications, and APIs. Such information may include but is not limited to IP addresses, device information, system configuration information, and other information about traffic to and from customers’ websites (“Log Files”). Reflected collects and uses such Log Files for customer support, security services (threat detection and mitigation) and to operate and maintain its services generally.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use your Personal Information to conduct our business and improve our services. For example, we may use your information to:
a. Contact you;
b. Communicate to you the latest product
c. announcements, special offers, and events that you might like to hear about;
d. Customize the content, products and services that are offered to you;
e. Create and maintain your account on our online portal;
f. Consider your employment application;
g. Comply with legal requirements;
h. Enforce our agreements, or;
i. Deter, detect, and prevent fraud and other prohibited or illegal activities.
Reflected may take the personal information we receive from individuals responding to our customer surveys or other information gathering efforts in connection with our customer support, online portals and other services and combine (or aggregate) it with the responses of other customers we may have, to create broader, generic responses to the survey questions or otherwise use such information to improve the quality of its services to our customer, and to modify or develop new services and products.
HOW WE SHARE AND DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share or disclose your Personal Information as follows:
To corporate affiliates including any corporate entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with Reflected Networks, LLC;
To our partners, agents, service providers, and suppliers who are using your information on our behalf and/or in connection with an actual or potential transaction;
Based on a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of any person or entity;
Based on a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to respond to judicial process, valid government inquiry, or is otherwise required by law;
If it is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our security, contracts, policies and procedures;
If it is necessary for national security, law enforcement or other issues of public importance;
To other third parties for purposes to which you have allowed or consented.
This list can be provided at any time on request of the users.
Seevind is a LK-based, global Company. Reflected stores data and information primarily in the Asian, US and the European Economic Area (“EEA”). In connection with Reflected’s cloud storage and other services, we (and our affiliated entities and third-party service providers) may transfer, store and access such data and information in various data centers around the world. As such, your Personal Information may potentially be transferred to other countries whose data protection laws may not be as protective as those in your country of residence. Also, if you are using our services from outside the United States (US), including in the EEA, please be aware that your personal information may be transferred to the US. Reflected is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and is committed to comply with GDPR, notably through model contractual clauses and applicable Privacy Shield data protection principles, including accountability in cases of onward transfer to third parties.
By accessing or otherwise using Reflected’s website and/or services (including through Reflected’s affiliated entities and/or third-party service providers) or if you otherwise provide data or information to Reflected, you agree to the transfer of Personal Information to the US and/or other countries.
Use of our services is only available to individuals who are of legal age to contract in their applicable jurisdiction. Services are not directed to children under 16 years of age. If that policy changes, we will obtain consent from a parent or guardian before we knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 16.

Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
Delete your personal information from our records; and
Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
Please note that we may not delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

Protection Against Discrimination

Please note that we may charge a different price or rate or provide a different level or quality of goods and/or services to you, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to our business by your personal information.
How to Exercise Your CCPA Rights.
Please note that you may only make a CCPA-related data access or data portability disclosure request twice within a 12-month period.
If you choose to contact directly by website/email/phone, you will need to provide us with:
Enough information to identify you (e.g., your full name, address and customer or matter reference number));
A description of what right you want to exercise and the information to which your request relates.
We may request proof of your identity and address (e.g., a copy of your driver’s license or passport and a recent utility or credit card bill).We are not obligated to make a data access or data portability disclosure if we cannot verify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collected information, or is someone authorized to act on such person’s behalf.
Any personal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connection with you request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.
We will retain your Personal Information for the term necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy and for a maximum period of 2 years after the collecting of your Personal Information, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, for legal, tax or regulatory reasons, or other legitimate and lawful business purposes.
Reflected has no privity or relationship with its customers’ end-users. In the event that Reflected’s IP addresses appear in WHOIS and DNS records for customers’ websites and/or where Reflected appears as the name server for a customer’s domain, Reflected has no control over such domain’s/customer’s/end-users’ content. Reflected relies upon its customers to comply with applicable law and related access requests. If any customer end-user requests that Reflected access, correct, amend, export or delete data or information or no longer be contacted by such customer, Reflected will instruct such end-user to contact such customer and/or customer’s website directly. Reflected’s customers, as a part of Reflected’s acceptable use policy, are solely and exclusively responsible for complying with all applicable foreign, federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, including with respect to customers’ end-users.
If you would like to request access to, correction, amendment, exporting or deletion of your Personal Information, you can submit a written request to the contact information provided below. We may request specific information from you to confirm your identity. If your request involves Personal Information of another person, Reflected will balance such request against the risk of violating another person’s privacy rights.
If you are from certain territories (such as the European Union) you may have certain rights in relation to your Personal Information, such as:
the right to access to your Personal Information;
The right to correct your Personal Information;
The right to obtain the deletion of your Personal Information;
The right to oppose use of or object to/restrict processing your Personal Information;
The right to withdraw your consent after you initially gave Reflected consent to collect and process your Personal Information (though such withdrawal will not negate lawfulness of collection and/or processing either conducted prior to withdrawal or conducted in reliance upon other lawful grounds for collection and processing);
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
A portability right on your Personal Information.
Upon exercise of any of these rights, you must send to Reflected all elements necessary to your identification: name and possibly mailing address.

Reflected then agrees to answer within a maximum period of one (1) month following receipt of the complete application. Considering the complexity and number of the requests, this period may be extended by two (2) further months subject to Reflected to inform you within one month of receipt of the requests of the reasons for the delay.
If Reflected does not any take action following a request, Reflected will inform you without delay and at the latest within one (1) month of receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action.
INDEPENDENT RECOURSE MECHANISM
In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, Reflected commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact Reflected at:
